Description: Surgery Coding Manager (CPC-certified) with 7+ years of experience in multi-specialty outpatient coding, including IVR, ED, infusion/injection, and radiation oncology, is responsible for leading a team of medical coding specialists to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant auditing of multi-specialty surgical procedures. This role oversees coding quality, team performance, workflow management, and payment integrity initiatives while ensuring adherence to coding guidelines, regulatory requirements, and payer policies.
