Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills - Experience with data platforms serving downstream finance, accounting, treasury, regulatory reporting, or AML functions. - Understanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, and reconciliation concepts. - Experience building configurable, rules-driven, or platform products across multiple products, markets, or regulatory contexts. - Experience in financial products and financial technology, within or outside the banking sector. - Experience applying AI to real workflows with pragmatic judgement around safety, monitoring, and explain ability. - Commercial acumen to help build strong business cases that define the product’s success criteria
