Description: Responsibilities & Key Deliverables - To achieve Spare part targets through dealers/distributors.Governance of Spare part centre.Identification of distributors. - Identification of 3 S dealers (Sales, Service and Spares), upgrading existing dealers to 3 S dealers ensuring growth and development. - Scrutinize dealer financial health and do financial planning accordingly. - Crucial role in explaining the schemes rolled out by company, deploying schemes at dealers/distributors, Customization of scheme (mix of productparts as per dealer.Implementation of strategy/schemes for new product launch. - Facilitate in Capturing Product ORC (Open Resolve Close) data, training field staff in using the application. - Liaison with the Head CCM Farm Machinery and the dealers.Management and training of field staff Preferred Industries Facility Management Education Qualification Diploma in Engineering; Bachelors of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical; Diploma in Engineering in Automobile; Diploma in Engineering in Agriculture; Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelors of Technology in Automobile; Bachelors of Technology in Agriculture; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Agriculture General Experience 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in Harvesters and Implement business Critical Experience 1-5 years of experience in Harvester and Implements business.Experience of 1 - 2 geography/demography.Good knowledge of farm sector, tractor and implements System Generated Core Skills Change Management Communication Skills Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Market Penetration Strategy Product Knowledge & Application Team Management System Generated Secondary Skills
