Description: Software Engineer Senior: Job Description: Requirements: - Having 4 - 7 years’ experience in Data warehouse/ETL/ELT projects. - Strong experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage job design, parallel processing, and administration to monitor and support the pipelines. - Develop/support shell script to processes/Load/transform data from various sources using DataStage. - Support control-M for orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring of data workflows. - Troubleshoot issues related to data pipelines, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or discrepancies. - Write and debug SQL queries. Develop and maintain Linux shell scripting to automate operational tasks. - Supporting linux/windows server patching, password management, vulnerability fixes, validations etc. - Document processes, workflows, and configurations for reference and future improvements. Must to have: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Datawarehouse support engineer or similar role. - Strong experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage job design, parallel processing, and administration. - Proficiency in shell scripting and handle the control-M job flows. - Proficiency in Oracle/SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and automation. - Solid hands-on experience navigating Linux environments, including command-line navigation, log analysis, and process automation. - Experience with ETL/ELT processes and building data pipelines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
