Description: Area(s) of responsibility We are looking for an experienced Infor XA Technical Consultant with strong expertise in AS400 development and Infor XA ERP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application development, production support, and manufacturing business processes within an enterprise environment. Required Technical Skills AS400 Technologies - DB2/400 - RPG/400 - CL/400 - ILE/400 - SQL/400 Infor XA - Infor XA ERP - IDF Development - System Link Additional Skills - Agile Methodology - JIRA - Change Management Tools - SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) - Production Support and Troubleshooting Roles & Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within the Infor XA environment. - Participate in requirement gathering and solution design discussions. - Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400-based applications using RPG, CL, DB2, and SQL. - Design and support integrations using Infor XA IDF and System Link. - Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project teams. - Handle production support activities, including debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving job failures (MSGW). - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint activities. - Use JIRA for task tracking and project coordination. - Adhere to SDLC processes, coding standards, and documentation requirements. - Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
