Description: Job Description: Record to Report (R2R) – Balance Sheet Reconciliation Lead (8–12 Years Experience) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Record-to-Report (R2R) Senior Analyst/Lead with 8–12 years of progressive experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliations, General Ledger Accounting, Financial Close, Compliance, and Shared Services Operations. The role is responsible for leading end-to-end balance sheet reconciliation processes, ensuring financial integrity, driving process excellence, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting strategic finance initiatives.
