Description: Responsibilities & Key Deliverables - Develop and optimize manufacturing capacity plans. - Prepare and monitor annual manufacturing budgets. - Plan facility expansion and infrastructure development. - Lead manufacturing readiness for new product launches. - Design efficient manufacturing processes and production lines. - Optimize material flow and logistics within the facilities. - Drive productivity enhancement initiatives. - Identify and implement capacity improvement measures. - Collaborate with Quality teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities. - Lead cross-functional engineering projects ensuring compliance and safety. Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering, B-Tech Mechanical Engineering General Experience 10-15 years of relevant work experience
