Role Summary

• Lead brand and product marketing activities for Allergan Aesthetics India to drive growth, customer engagement, and business performance.
• Own the end-to-end brand strategy across the product life cycle, including new product launches, campaign development, performance tracking, and optimization.
• Work effectively in a matrix organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives in alignment with AbbVie values.

Purpose of the Role The Brand / Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic and operational management of an assigned brand or product portfolio within Allergan Aesthetics India. This role leads brand growth through robust marketing strategy, customer insight, data-driven decision-making, and effective cross-functional execution. The position owns key elements of the product life cycle, including launch planning, campaign execution, performance tracking, and lifecycle optimization, while operating in alignment with AbbVie values, business priorities, and compliance expectations. This is a highly visible, leadership-oriented role requiring strong influence across a matrix organization, with accountability for delivering results through collaboration, insight, and disciplined execution.
