Advanced Systems Engr

Engineer is responsible for leading and driving system level Value Engineering and Component Engineering initiatives across project engineering side of Process Automation (PA / HPS) portfolios. This role owns end‑to‑end VE/CE projects, drives architecture and supplier changes, and acts as a technical authority for cost optimization in PA systems while protecting compliance, safety, and customer commitments.

This position is expected to operate with high autonomy and influence across Engineering, ISC, Manufacturing, and Suppliers. Good communication and negotiation skills are required daily basis in connection with enablers involved in these projects – Engineering teams, ISC, Manufacturing site, Suppliers, Third party sub-contractors, Installation and commissioning Engineers and contractors, System integrators.

Key Responsibilities

Projects VE / CE Execution

• Lead VE/CE projects for PA system‑level offerings (Experion PKS, cabinets, control platforms, networking, I/O, RTU and related system hardware) from project engineering side.
• Identify cost‑out opportunities across:
• System architecture
• Cabinets and enclosure platforms
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies
• Third‑party hardware and supplier components
