Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a range of technologies and platforms, including Linux-based systems.
- Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnosing application performance issues.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations and high availability of applications.
- Participate in incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and solutions to technical issues.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in application support, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Proficient in using Dynatrace for application monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Flexibility to work UK shift hours from an offshore location.
Requirements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional monitoring and logging tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
