About the role You will build Scimplify's Aerospace & Defence business from the ground up. The first focus is long-term supply of raw materials for land defence vehicle programmes, followed by aerospace, space and other defence platforms. You will own the full cycle: mapping the market, winning OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers and public sector undertakings as customers, running government bids, and closing long-term agreements with sound margins. You will work with our R&D, sourcing and manufacturing teams to turn customer specifications into qualified, reliable supply. This is a builder role. You will set up the pipeline, processes and customer base that the A&D vertical grows on.
