Job Purpose
Drive network operational excellence by leveraging automation, digital platforms, dashboards, and process optimization to improve efficiency, visibility, and business outcomes. Champion the Five A Principles - Analytics, Accuracy, Approach, Action, and Adaptability by transforming operational challenges into scalable digital solutions and actionable insights, enabling measurable improvements in operational performance, productivity, and service delivery.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Champion Network Operational Excellence through automation, digital transformation, and continuous process innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital solutions, including portals, dashboards, and applications, from concept to value realization.
- Convert operational challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, decision-making, and performance.
- Own the requirements governance framework, including FRS definition, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and solution adoption.
- Partner with SNOC, Circle Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive operational improvements.
