OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

The MIS Manager will be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of internal reporting systems. This includes regulatory reporting, analytics, automation of processes, and ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of actionable insights to senior leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design, develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, trackers, and reports for internal and external stakeholders

· Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel, Power BI and MS Access.

· Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.

· Conduct trend analysis, forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario modelling.

· ⁠Lead and manage ad-hoc data projects and initiatives driven by senior leadership

· Manage team of MIS and data executives if part of the structure
