Job description
Team Management:
- Leading, Coaching and Motivating the Business Managers
- Maintain good bonding with teammates to ensure smooth deliverance of objectives and arresting attrition
- Sustained efforts towards ensuring professional discipline and welfare of teammates
Monitoring Performance:
- Monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to senior management
Sales strategies:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities
Achieving sales objectives:
- Helping and guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives
Customer Engagement:
- Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders
- Ensuring ROIE( Return On Invested Efforts) from targeted customers
Establishing New Products:
- Ensuring proper launch & consistent engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success
Inventory management:
- Managing inventory at stockist level and keeping implementing measures to reduce credit notes
