Job description
JOB PURPOSE
To support the legal advisory function for the Corporate finance function of GMR group by assisting in driving the transaction including drafting, reviewing and negotiating financing agreements until financial closure. Assisting Manager /Sr. Lead/Lead- counsel for the group, towards legal and regulatory compliance to safeguard the interest of the group and sectors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Support for Group-wide Funding Transactions (Debt, Project Finance, Equity) Support the Legal Head and team in drafting and negotiating legal documentation for debt, equity, and project finance transactions until financial closure. Draft and review security documentation, including security creation instruments. Ensure all pre-commitment and pre-disbursement compliance requirements are met in line with transaction timelines.
