Analyst-Compliance

The role will support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities across multiple business processes, with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, control effectiveness, automation, data analytics, and technology-enabled compliance transformation. The position will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s control environment, improve regulatory adherence, and drive operational efficiency through data, automation, and responsible use of AI.

• Support end-to-end Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities across multiple business processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk frameworks.

• Assist with Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Change Management, including regulatory impact assessments, implementation tracking, and governance reporting.

• Support compliance monitoring, control testing, issue management, and remediation, identifying control gaps and strengthening the overall control environment.
