Job Description: L1- Application Management (Internet Banking- FEBA / Finacle 10.x / 11.x)

Engineering Graduate /Science Graduate/MCA/BCA/ Any Graduate Good Communication (written/Oral) Experience of Finacle version 10x support, Implementation, Configuration. Knowledge of FEBA and Finacle Core Banking Solution Knowledge of Banking Operation Logic, SWIFT, FCY transactions, Trade Finance, EOD BOD, Treasury Knowledge and experience on backend services including JBOSS, Fincore, FI, C24, Uniserver, Config, APDM Mandatory certification in ITIL v3 / v4.
FEBA / Finacle Application
Provide L1 Application Support for FEBA (Internet Banking) / Finacle Core Banking System (10.x / 11.x) Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLA Perform application troubleshooting and root cause analysis Support FEBA / Finacle configuration, customization, and implementation activities Monitor application performance and ensure system availability Coordinate with OEM/vendor teams for bug fixing, patching, and upgrades Support banking operations related to Internet Banking Do EOD/BOD activities and production issue resolution Work in a 24×7 shift-based production support environment
