Analyst Pricing Credit

Job Summary Research and analyze customer pricing credit requests to ensure system alignment and that credits pass through to the customer without negative financial impact. Develop recommendations to solve problems related to business operations. Review credit requests submissions and provide recommendations. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze customer pricing credit requests for validity by considering contract eligibility, markup structure, vendor hierarchy requirements, unit of measure challenges, etc.
• Validate necessary rebates have been or can be secured based on varying vendor timeline restrictions and process requirements.
• Establish relationships and work with the vendor community to obtain necessary eligibility and pricing information. Work with vendors to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and ensure data accuracy. Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist.
• Contribute to the improvement of team processes to create efficiencies. Update/create department Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide insights into trends or unusual performance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for A/R, PVA’s and sales reps.
