Purpose: The Finance Business Partner serves as the primary finance representative and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned legal entities, regions, and business stakeholders. This role is accountable for financial integrity, governance, compliance, business support, statutory reporting, financial analysis, process excellence, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end finance organization. The position acts as the bridge between Business Operations, Shared Services, Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Internal Audit, and External Auditors while ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and effective decision support.
