Analyst, SOX Compliance (Business Controls) India Role Overview: The Analyst, SOX Compliance (Business Controls) strengthens Genesys' global Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program by evaluating business processes, assessing financial reporting risks, and helping ensure controls are designed and operating effectively. The role owns assigned SOX activities across the control lifecycle, partnering with Finance, IT, operational teams, process owners, and external auditors to deliver rigorous testing, clear conclusions, and timely remediation. It provides hands-on exposure to business process controls, IT-dependent and manual application controls (ITACs), risk assessment, and cross-functional audit activities across a global organization.
