Are you ready to lead Ocean reporting while remaining close to the solutions that turn data into better decisions?

We’re looking for a Reporting Lead to join our centralized reporting team. In this role, you will functionally own this reporting portfolio, lead and develop reporting professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable reporting solutions for the relevant business stakeholders.

About the Role As Reporting Lead for Ocean, you will be accountable for the direction, quality, governance, and delivery of the reporting portfolio. You will translate business priorities into a clear reporting roadmap, align stakeholders, manage demand, and coordinate delivery across the team. You will lead team members through direct leadership, set standards, remove delivery obstacles, and build capability through coaching and hands-on guidance. The role is also expected to retain the technical depth of a Senior Reporting Analyst: you must be able to independently design, develop, troubleshoot, and improve advanced Power BI and Excel solutions when priorities, complexity, or capacity require it.
