Job description
Job Title: AppDynamics Engineer (APM / Performance Monitoring) Role Summary We are looking for an AppDynamics Engineer to implement and manage application performance monitoring solutions. The role involves configuring AppDynamics, analyzing application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and enabling proactive monitoring to ensure high availability and optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and manage AppDynamics APM solutions across applications
- Monitor application performance, user experience, and business transactions
- Analyze performance issues and identify root causes (code, infrastructure, DB, network)
- Create dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time monitoring
- Configure Business Transactions, Health Rules, and Policies in AppDynamics
- Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues
- Support incident management and troubleshooting using AppDynamics insights
- Integrate AppDynamics with CI/CD pipelines and other monitoring tools
- Conduct performance trend analysis and capacity planning
- Ensure monitoring coverage across microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
