Summary
Lead the design, administration, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform while enabling full-stack observability across infrastructure, applications, databases, and cloud environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments, including: ActiveGate installation and configuration, OneAgent deployment and lifecycle management Configure monitoring for applications, services, databases, and infrastructure components. Design custom dashboards, management views, and reporting solutions. Configure alerting profiles and tune anomaly detection to minimize false positives. Perform performance analysis and root-cause investigations for complex application issues. Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, and operations teams to improve application reliability and performance. Develop automation using Shell/Python scripting and integrate Dynatrace with enterprise tools and workflows Have knowledge of DQL and scripting Should know about Grail database Good to have knowledge on Terraform and CI/CD pipeline.
