Summary: A seasoned Linux Infrastructure Lead/Architect with 8+ years of enterprise experience, providing strategic technical leadership across L2 and L3 operations. This role is accountable for the overall health, architecture, security, and evolution of the Linux infrastructure landscape. The incumbent will drive cloud-native and hybrid cloud strategies, establish governance frameworks, and serve as the primary technical authority for Linux platforms within the organisation.
RHCA (Red Hat Certified Architect) – strongly preferred
Red Hat Specialist certifications (e.g., RHCS in High Availability, Ansible Automation) – desirable
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional – required or to be achieved within 6 months
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional – desirable
ITIL v4 Foundation – desirable
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture.
Strong knowledge of system administration and troubleshooting within Linux environments.
Experience in managing and implementing Requests for Change to support system upgrades and maintenance.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Familiarity with incident and problem management processes to ensure operational stability.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux Architecture.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
