Job Description : The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Creation of QTs and assignment, new Quotes requests for proposals;, Billing Guide/BRP generation, Creation of SharePoint space and uploading of documents (Triage form, RFP documents and client specifications), Managing compliance to Quotes and Quote Track completion guidelines; Update SFDC for Quote and Opportunity tabs related to Budget Product Line.
• Following-up on assignments of SMEs for all APAC RFPs, Formatting and Preparation simple draft proposal for proposal managers based on RFP info and draft proposal text / budget, and share any part of GCD work as appropriate
