Job description
- Patient Assessment: Collect medical history, interview patients, and record vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
- Clinical Care: Administer prescribed medications, start intravenous (IV) lines, perform wound care, and assist physicians with medical examinations or procedures.
- Monitoring & Documentation: Track patient progress, report critical changes in health status, and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately
- Education & Advocacy: Teach patients and families about treatment plans, medication schedules, and preventive health care.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate care plans with doctors, therapists, social workers, and other clinical staff.
