Assistant Manager - Business Operations – Ecommerce (B2B)

The Assistant Manager – Business Operations, Ecommerce (B2B) will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end ecommerce business operations for key B2B/ecommerce partners. The role involves close coordination with external partners, internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, distributors, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, efficient returns management, accurate reporting, and effective vendor portal operations.

The position requires strong operational capabilities, attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Order Management

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from stock offering and order confirmation to purchase order processing, system entry, distributor coordination, and final delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of partner purchase orders and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders for order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status and proactively identify and resolve operational issues or delays.

2. Partner and Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for assigned ecommerce and B2B partners for day-to-day operational requirements.
• Coordinate regularly with internal teams, distributors, warehouse teams, logistics partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
