Cloud Transformation – Consulting The Cloud Transformation practice helps organizations define, design, and deliver enterprise-wide cloud & technology strategies that enable growth, resilience, operational efficiency, and measurable business value. The practice works with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CAIOs, business leaders, and transformation sponsors to shape integrated strategies across cloud, technology, data, AI, applications, digital platforms and IT operating models The role is positioned at the intersection of business strategy and technology transformation. It requires the ability to translate enterprise priorities into actionable technology choices, investment roadmaps, governance models, and transformation programs that are commercially viable, operationally executable, and future-ready. The Role You will support client engagements focused on shaping the technology agenda for large enterprises. You will work with senior stakeholders to assess current-state technology capabilities, define target-state strategies, build business cases, prioritize investments, and design transformation roadmaps across cloud, applications, data, AI, and operating models.
