Assistant Manager

Lead and manage a team of 15-20 team members and ensure all processes are conducted according to company policies and client requirements · 3 to 10 years of work experience in voice operations · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding verification inquiries, providing updates and addressing concerns · Ensure appropriate production problem records opened, monitored and closed · Ensure processing deadlines are met · Escalates/ communicates promptly to the supervisors on any system disruption or missed SLS Competencies Required: · Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members · Proficient in analyzing data and reports to make informed decisions regarding verification processes. · Capability to identify issues within the verification process and implement practical solutions · Ability to manage · Handle daily workflow · Reporting as required
