Job description
Designation : Assistant Manager Level : L3 Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka , India (BLR) Experience : 3 to 8 Years
Job Role : Design and deliver enterprise-scale customer data, digital analytics, and real-time personalization solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Web SDK, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role will lead the end-to-end architecture across data ingestion, identity, customer profiles, analytics, and activation, ensuring that business teams can measure, understand, and activate customers in real time across web, mobile, and offline channels. The role will also require leveraging AI capabilities to build MarTech accelerators that enhance the value of AEP.
Responsibilities
1) Design scalable architecture across Adobe Experience Platform, Web SDK, RT-CDP, CJA, AJO 2) Design and govern data and identity strategy 3) Web and mobile data collection 4) Enable cross-journey analysis using CJA 5) Real-time activation and orchestration using RTCDP / AJO 6) Build accelerators on top of AEP using Adobe Enterprise Coworker
