Assistant Manager - Marketing

Plan and execute health awareness initiatives such as health check-up camps, OPD camps, RWAs programs, school/college outreach, and community health initiatives. ? Build relationships with schools, colleges, market associations and NGOs for health talks, wellness programs, and medical check-ups. ? Identify high-potential residential pockets for outreach. ? Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and medical teams for camp planning, scheduling, and staffing. ? Grow the patient funnel by OPDs, health screenings, and doctor consultations. ? Manage all communication and documentation for tie-ups and follow-ups. ? Coordinate printing and placement of standees, brochures, danglers, signage, hoardings, and display units. ? Ensure branding guidelines, medical compliance, and ethics code are followed. ? Track leads generated through outreach programs, health camps, and OPDs. ? Maintain daily MIS of Footfalls, Registrations, Leads forwarded to consultant OPDs & Conversions ? Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for: Activity performance, Budget utilization ? Lead conversions and ROI ? Coordinate with RWAs, corporates, mall authorities, municipal bodies for permission IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables ? Ensuring brand guidelines. ? Ensuring regular meetings with doctors for breakthrough cases ? Ensuring timely closure of Media Opportunities ? Ensuring timely release of digital content ? Ensuring timely payment of the vendors V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications MBA in Marketing / Branding Experience More than 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare.
