Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Quality Assurance & Control
- Monitor quality performance across all Quality Gate/ Inspection areas
- Monitor and improve offline & online RPT
- Drive issues resolution with CFT- BIW, TCF, Paint, PVT, Maintenance etc.
- Critical stage monioting
- Special control addition for field issues
- Launch vehicle inspection deployment
Defect Analysis & Problem Solving
- Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Why-Why Analysis.
- Analyze in-process and end-of-line defects and initiate corrective actions.
- Monitor warranty, field failure, and customer complaint trends.
- Drive defect reduction projects and improve First Time Quality
