Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Product Audit Execution
- Conduct Product Audits as per audit plan.
- Perform Static Audits covering fit & finish, workmanship, functionality, and appearance quality.
- Conduct Dynamic Audits for ride, handling, NVH, braking, steering, and vehicle performance assessment.
- Verify compliance with vehicle specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Support audits during new product launches, SOP, and mass production phases.
- Perform benchmarking audits of competitor vehicles and identify improvement opportunities.
Non-Conformance Management
- Identify and record vehicle audit non-conformities.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D methodologies.
- Track corrective and preventive actions for audit findings.
- Monitor repeat defects and validate effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Support field quality concern investigations and systemic improvement actions.
Compliance & Quality Systems
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, IMS , QMS or applicable quality standards.
- Maintain audit records, audit scorecards, and quality documentation.
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
