APAC PDS FINANCE REPORTING COE Business Unit: Project & Development Services (PDS), Work Dynamics APAC Location: Gurugram WHAT THIS JOB INVOLVES The APAC PDS Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence (COE) is responsible for delivering financial excellence, business performance insights, and strategic decision support across the region. This role partners with Business Finance, FP&A, and Controllership teams to drive reporting, analytics, working capital management, workforce planning, project profitability, and governance initiatives that support sustainable and profitable growth. Performance Analytics & Reporting · Deliver Actual vs Plan, Forecast and Prior Year analysis for management reporting. · Prepare MTD, QTD and YTD dashboards, KPI reporting, variance analysis and business commentary. · Support budgeting, forecasting and periodic business reviews. Working Capital Management · Monitor project cash flow, AR/AP ageing, working capital metrics and bad debt provisions. · Identify opportunities to improve collections, cash conversion and risk management. Workforce & Resource Analytics · Analyse headcount, hiring, attrition, utilisation and productivity trends. · Provide insights to support workforce planning, resource optimisation and cost efficiency. Project Profitability Management · Monitor project revenue, margins, utilisation and profitability performance. · Identify revenue opportunities, margin risks and bench optimisation actions. P&L Management & Business Performance · Support business, sector and regional P&L reporting and reviews. · Conduct KPI, pipeline, revenue and cost analysis to support decision making. · Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams. Regional Reporting & Governance · Deliver standardised regional reporting and controllership support. · Ensure compliance with reporting policies, controls and governance requirements.
