Maintain key contractual information and support governance of the repository, working with Partner Directors and relevant teams to address missing or outdated records.

Produce regular management reporting and dashboards covering Partner performance, revenue contribution, end-client activity and key trends.
Work with Finance and other teams to improve the consistency and accuracy of Co-Sell revenue attribution.
Provide analysis and insights to Partner Directors and the Global Strategic Partners leadership team to support commercial priorities and decision making.
Lead improvements to reporting tools and processes, with a focus on automation, scalability, accuracy and reducing manual activity.
Establish clear reporting standards, controls and operating rhythms across the team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Experience in business, partner, commercial or revenue operations, with responsibility for reporting, data management and operational processes.
Experience building, maintaining and governing databases, books of business or commercial data repositories, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
Experience using CRM, reporting and data visualisation tools, such as Salesforce and Power BI, to develop dashboards and management reporting.
Experience developing and improving operational processes, with a focus on simplification, automation and scalability.
Ability to interpret commercial contracts and agreements and translate contractual terms, reporting obligations and commercial models into operational requirements.
Experience with commercial reporting and revenue attribution, including reconciling information across multiple systems and identifying data gaps or inconsistencies.
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
Effective communication and management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Partner, Finance, Sales, Operations and other global teams.
Experience leading and developing team members, setting priorities, managing delivery and creating an inclusive, collaborative and accountable team environment.
Commitment to data quality, operational excellence, governance and continuous improvement.
