Job description
JOB PURPOSE To ensure Adherence of Nissan Warranty policy and procedure at NCS, RBU and Dealers. This job contributes towards TCS 2nd line of Defence in Warranty Reclaim warranty expense from suppliers-based liability ratio, by collecting concern parts from market and reviewing supplier submitted 8D warranty parts analysis reports (WPAR) according to Nissan standard report requirements.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Adherence of Nissan Warranty policy and procedure Dealer claims analysis, validation, and Processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims) Support Dealer/vendor query on Warranty system, policy, and Procedure Content Management System (CMS) & Support Line Tool Specialist Market Governance Top "X” Co-ordination Claim Mask Creation EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES Approved/rejected 8D warranty parts analysis reports Claim Analysis & Supplier Chargeback Reporting Improve supplier chargeback recovery ratio
- Review supplier submitted 8D warranty parts analysis reports (WPAR) according to Nissan standard report requirement.
- Approve or reject report based on content of 8D WPAR vs Nissan standard
- Provide detailed response to supplier if report is to be rejected
