control panel design with suppliers and proving concept, EOL and function test requirements addition in control panel , automation logic, schematics, validation of set up
Selection of hardware and software electrical and electronics, upgradation, Plc communication, programming in PLC , HMI of Mitsubhishi, delta, Lab Bview,
Algorithm and logic preparation,control Panel designing , Wiring , problem bugging, Trial of fixtures and establishment
Robust EOL validation, Knowledge of CRO, multimeter, LCR, Power supply, electrical equipments and usuage,
Knowledge of PLC, hardware, relays, software, Analog to digital conversion, digital to analog, Programming of servo, Sensors, Robotics and Automation, etc
Trouble shooting and restoration of program
Industry 4.0, cloud base data storage and traceability
Ensuring timely readiness of control panels / facility as per process design within MDS time line
