Assistant Manager

Position Details Designation: Assistant Manager – PE Testing Department: Production Engineering (PE) / Testing & Validation Location: Plant Reporting To: Deputy Manager / Manager – Production Engineering Job Purpose To lead testing and validation activities for products and processes, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, regulatory norms, and internal specifications. Responsible for test planning, test execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of testing systems. Key Responsibilities Testing & Validation

• Plan and execute product validation tests as per customer and internal requirements.
• Prepare testing schedules and ensure timely completion of validation activities.
• Conduct performance, durability, reliability, environmental, and functional testing.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports.
• Support product development and process validation activities.

Laboratory Management

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of testing equipment and instruments.
• Monitor calibration status of all testing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
• Develop and update testing procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.

Quality & Customer Support

• Investigate test failures and identify root causes.
