Role Purpose
To ensure robust compliance oversight over the Bank’s asset-side portfolio, including lending products, credit exposures, and related regulatory reporting, in alignment with RBI regulations and internal compliance frameworks. The role focuses on monitoring adherence, identifying compliance gaps, and ensuring timely remediation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance Oversight (Assets)
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines relating to asset
products, including:
- Income Recognition, Asset Classification and Provisioning
(IRAC) norms
- Large exposure framework and sectoral exposure limits
- Priority Sector Lending (PSL) requirements
- Provide compliance advisory to business teams on lending
structures and asset products.
