Assoc Analyst Business Operations

Job Summary Performs intermediate-level data research and operational expense analysis to improve overall supply chain costs and procedural efficiencies. The role involves preparing situational data analyses, as well as presenting findings to managers or project leaders. The Associate Business Operations Analyst develops recommendations to address operational problems and issues, contributing to informed decision-making and process improvement initiatives. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and divisional cost savings. Analyze and distribute reports daily, weekly, monthly - highlighting areas of opportunity for expense reduction.
• Provide basic analysis and reporting by working with Inventory Management, Information Systems, Financial Audit, A/P and other such groups in the organization.
• Identify future and/or past sales trends to assist in developing effective growth and expansion plans.
• Organize plans and recommend basic analysis and reports.
• Participate in cross functional teams and projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain efficiency. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve inventory practices.
