Associate-Delivery Management

The Enterprise Technology Services organization partners with every part of the American Express business to power the company’s growth and innovation with trust and efficiency, and drive competitive differentiation with speed, by supporting the delivery and operations of technology capabilities, platforms, and services globally. Specifically, the team is responsible for the company’s technology engineering, architecture, and infrastructure, providing 24x7 support to ensure an uninterrupted, high-quality experience for external customers and internal colleagues. It also encompasses product management for core enterprise platforms, as well as technology risk and information security; enterprise data governance and platforms; digital product and design; and enterprise AI platforms across American Express. We provide technology delivery leadership that turns complex enterprise priorities into execution, connecting strategy, teams, dependencies and governance to deliver measurable business outcomes. The Associate, Delivery Management supports the execution of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across Project Diamond and Customer Trust. Reporting to the Director of Technology Delivery, this role works across Technology, Product, and Business teams to help move delivery forward—maintaining clear plans, surfacing risks and dependencies early, driving follow-through on commitments, and ensuring leaders have an accurate view of progress and areas requiring attention.
