As part of the team, you will collaborate with Talent Advisors, business leaders, and other COEs to ensure smooth execution of performance management processes, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work profile

· Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the organization’s goals, culture, and learning needs.

· Training Program Design: Design and implement training programs, workshops, and learning journeys for employees at all levels.

· Performance Management: Collaborate with Business heads to evaluate employee performance, identify skills gaps, and develop programs that address these areas.

· Technology Integration: Leverage e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other digital tools to create innovative and accessible learning solutions.

· Talent Development: Focus on talent development and employee engagement, ensuring that learning opportunities are directly linked to career progression within the company.

· Budgeting: Manage budgets for training programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
