You will lead through both engineers and other managers, owning the health, capability, and delivery performance of your organization. Where an Engineering Manager drives a team, you will shape the technical and organizational strategy across teams, build the leadership bench beneath you, and serve as a primary partner to R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Program Management leadership on multi-year roadmap.
