Job Requirements About the Role The Associate Relationship Manager – Liabilities is a key role within the Rural Banking function, focused on deepening customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. The role supports the Relationship Manager in expanding the bank’s liabilities business in rural markets through lead generation, account opening, and customer engagement. The role bearer is responsible for acquiring new clients, building household-level relationships, and maximizing the lifetime value of each customer. This position plays a vital part in achieving the bank’s broader strategic goals in rural banking. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct area mapping within the catchment and maintain accurate and timely daily activity/sales reports.
• Generate a wish list of potential customers through cold calling and promotional activities to increase awareness of the bank and its products.
• Ensure completion of account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms, including mandatory field verification.
