Associate Manager - FReC Costing

• The BOP Cost Analyst is responsible for settling of all the work packages of the function according to the current version of the program management system (PMS). Among the tasks mentioned in PMS, the BOPs cost Analyst has the following most important tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyzing of the RFQ documents

• Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings

• Verification of the technical and economical feasibility

• For certain technologies the preparation of a process flow with subsequent validation by GTS (Global Technology & Standard)

• Calculation of the purchase prices EXW for the manufacturing of bought-out parts (BOP)

• Creation of a costing file according to Faurecia Reference Costing (FReC) methodology to calculate the purchase price

• Creation of a BOP summary file according to FReC template including the agreed values from Purchasing dept. (based on FReC values) and monitoring of its implementation into the inhouse costing file

• Supporting the elaboration of a pricing file for all BOP in the relevant OEM template (e.g. Verification of BOP supplier offers/BOP purchase prices

• Support of Purchasing dept. in negotiations with suppliers during all program phases (acquisition, development, serial life) by delivering needed outputs
