Position description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Carbon Steel - Mechanical department at Jindal Ferrous Limited, a leader in the Mining & Metals industry. This role involves overseeing mechanical operations related to carbon steel production, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering activities related to carbon steel production, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of mechanical equipment and systems to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and reliability programs to enhance equipment lifespan and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and safety to ensure seamless integration of mechanical processes.
• Manage project planning, execution, and monitoring for mechanical upgrades, installations, and process improvements within the department.
