Job description
Quality Executive Role
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or FMCG
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or relevant.
Job Description:
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, PDCA.
- Understanding of internal audits, process audits, compliance audits, NC identification and closure
- Ability to prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, checklists, quality records, inspection reports and audit reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Ability to Handle Customer for ontime resolution of work.
