Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Associate Product Manager with hands-on experience in CRM platforms, business operations, and workflow optimization. This role is ideal for professionals from CRM administration, business operations, customer experience, implementation, or business analysis who want to transition into Product Management. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to understand business challenges, translate them into product requirements, and improve workflows through technology, automation, and scalable product solutions.
