Associate Product Manager Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Department: Product Reports To: Product Manager / Head of Product Work Mode: In Office
Role Overview This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and business. You will help convert ideas into clear requirements, drive execution through agile processes, coordinate across teams, and strengthen product documentation and customer feedback loops. This is ideal for someone who enjoys structure in chaos, asks smart questions, and can turn scattered inputs into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities Product Development Support
- Assist in defining product features and requirements for new and existing products
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and workflows to better understand customer needs
- Support creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specs, and use cases
- Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into development backlogs
- Participate in sprint planning and track execution progress
