Associate Professor / Assistant Professor- KPMSOL - Law (Mumbai Campus)

FOR THE POST OF ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR Essential Qualifications: A.

• A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the discipline of Law or relevant/allied concerned discipline.

• A minimum of eight years of full-time approved teaching experience and / or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution

AND

• A minimum of seven (07) research publications in Scopus, peer-reviewed or UGC-CARE listed journals;

AND

• Minimum Research Score of 75 as per the criteria specified in the UGC Regulations

FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT PROFESSOR A.

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.), either of one-year or two-year duration, as recognized by the University Grants Commission, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) from an Indian University recognized by the University Grants Commission, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University; and
